>Winter Shooting Stars Program: REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
The MVLA Shooting Stars Academy is open to boys and girls born in 2015, 2016, and 2017 and offers the best soccer after-school program for players starting their soccer journey.
Shooting Stars Academy features three programs per year (fall, winter, spring); signups available by day with additional playdates available on the weekends. Shooting Stars players learn the fundamentals, challenge themselves, and emerge as more confident players, all while having fun in a positive environment.
Registration is now CLOSED for our Winter Shooting Stars Academy as our program is full. Registration for our Spring Shooting Stars program will open by early February.

What is the philosophy of Shooting Stars?
Our ball mastery sessions use skill-based games to promote individual time on the ball and real PASSION for playing soccer.
What do I bring?
It is recommended that players bring water. They are also welcome to bring a ball, but there will be plenty of balls provided at the field.
What do I wear?
Wearing cleats and shinguards under soccer socks is encouraged.

Play Dates are offered in Fall and Spring: Every Saturday morning for the duration of the fall and spring programs, players have the option to play small-sided games to show their skills and score a ton of goals. Play Dates are not offered during the Winter program.

Winter 2023 Program (6 weeks): PROGRAM IS FULL – REGISTRATION CLOSED
Location: Almond Elementary (550 Almond Ave, Los Altos – field is best accessed from S. El Monte Ave)
Group 1:
January 10 – February 14
Tuesdays 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Group 2:
January 11 – February 15
Wednesdays 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Group 3:
January 12 – February 16
Thursdays 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Cost:
$150/Group
There will be no Shooting Stars Play Dates during the Winter program.
Note: If there are cancelled sessions due to weather, makeup sessions will be held the week of February 27.
