Pinnacle Player Program
Playing League for All Abilities!
Playing soccer is the perfect way to keep kids healthy, have them socialize with friends, and have fun. As the aunt of two nephews on the autism spectrum, Jodi Washington is creating an environment to alleviate the concerns parents may have about how a player’s symptoms may impact their ability to play the game.
The Park San Jose’s Pinnacle Player Program (P3) provides an opportunity for kids with autism to learn teamwork, build friendships, and grow their confidence and self-esteem through the game of soccer. This program will teach players fundamental soccer techniques, skills, tactics, and teamwork in a fun, safe, adaptive environment.
How it Works
The P3 offers Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring programming to ensure your player has the opportunity to join for one season or all four. There are no tryouts, no “cuts'', and no pressure. Everyone has a place to play in the P3.
Players start by being introduced to the coaching staff then progress to learning individual skills, partner programming, and then team play, all in an adaptive environment.
Practice will be twice weekly with games played on either Saturday or Sunday, all of which will be hosted onsite at The Park San Jose’s two field soccer complex. We encourage family and friends to come cheer the kids on in practice and games to share in the fun.
Allow your player to discover their potential, make new friends, and have fun playing the game of soccer by joining our P3 today!
